Day 1 of 31:A born again Christian

Standard

To kickstart our journey,we are going to pray for the most important decision your future husband(fh) or husband will ever make. This decision is even more important than the decision to marry you.Its a decision to receive Jesus Christ as his personal saviour and Lord.

FOR THE MARRIED WITH BELIEVING HUSBANDS,pray for them that there be fruit of their faith in Christ.May the knowledge that they have of God produce fruit in them. You can get many prayer points from this scripture found in Colossians 1:9-11 AMP |”…we have not stopped praying for you, asking [specifically] that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom [with insight into His purposes], and in understanding [of spiritual things], so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord [displaying admirable character, moral courage, and personal integrity], to [fully] please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing in the knowledge of God [with deeper faith, clearer insight and fervent love for His precepts]; [we pray that you may be] strengthened and invigorated with all power, according to His glorious might, to attain every kind of endurance and patience with joy;”|

FOR THE SINGLE LADIES,Pray that wherever your fh is right now,If he doesn’t know Christ, let his heart turn to God.Pray for him using the prayer points below(in the married with unbelieving husbands section).Afterwards, move to the prayer points above(in the married with believing husbands section)as he may also be a believer.

FOR THE MARRIED WITH UNBELIEVING HUSBANDS,may he turn his heart to God.Pray for him using the points below and then afterwards, move to the ones above.

Pray for your fh/husband that God opens a way for him to hear the good news, that there be believers in his proximity who will be led to him by God.|“How can people have faith in the Lord and ask him to save them, if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear, unless someone tells them? And how can anyone tell them without being sent by the Lord? The Scriptures say it is a beautiful sight to see even the feet of someone coming to preach the good news.”Romans‬ ‭10:14-15‬ ‭CEV| The faith he needs to be born again comes from hearing the good news. |“So faith comes from hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the [preaching of the] message concerning Christ.”
‭‭ROMANS‬ ‭10:17‬ ‭AMP‬‬|

Declare him free from any hindrance from receiving Christ. These hindrances come in many forms. One of them is already all unbelievers are blinded by the devil.Declare and decree his eyes opened and pray that the Holy Spirit may bear witness that the good news is the truth.Pray that he may see the light of the good news through the power of the Holy Spirit.|2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:3-4‬ ‭ERV “The Good News that we tell people may be hidden, but it is hidden only to those who are lost. The ruler of this world has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They cannot see the light of the Good News—the message about the divine greatness of Christ. Christ is the one who is exactly like God.”|‭

Another common hindrance is seeing Christians who don’t reflect Christ in them. This makes unbelievers question if there is a reason to follow Jesus, they see no difference between them and some believers. But look, the church is not for perfect people,it’s full of people who also sin but are forgiven and have received life in abundance by grace through faith in Christ not their works or their own righteousness.God sees the church as righteous because He sees the righteousness of Christ in them not their sins anymore.Although this hindrance may seem and feel justified and clever in the hearts of unbelievers, there is no reason good enough to defend yourself on why you rejected Christ before God on judgment day. Each and everyone is running their own race.So pray that he starts seeing this truth.

Here are some more hindrances found in Romans 1.21-23:
ignoring God, i.e., refusing to honor God as God (v.21).
becoming ungrateful toward God (v.21).
becoming a lover of argumentation, especially about theology and philosophy, thereby building up vanity and pride (vs. 21-22).
willfully separating oneself from the grace of God; foolishly refusing God’s gifts and blessings (v.21).
building up a facade of worldly wisdom; becoming a sophisticated intellectual (v.22).
trusting one’s natural inclinations in response to life situations (vs. 21-22).
worshiping that which is corruptible, imperfect, undependable, and temporal instead of the eternal, unchanging, magnificent God in all His glory (v.23)
Pray against these in the name of Jesus.

NB:For the married with unbelieving husbands, you may know what’s hindering your husband. Also pray specifically against that.

PS:You can also pray these over yourself where you feel shaking.

The end.
